Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final All purchases from SALAD are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations We accept cancellation requests on orders that have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at saladclothes@gmail.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun. If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Made-to-Order & Mystery Items Many of our items are made to order or mystery selections. Because each piece is crafted individually and assigned randomly, we cannot accommodate requests to swap or return based on design preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saladclothes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Upcycled Garments Our shirts are printed on thrifted, upcycled garments. Minor pre-existing flaws such as fading, small marks, or wear are inherent to the nature of these items and are not considered defects. This is disclosed at the time of purchase.

International Orders We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are non-refundable.
