Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Some items are made to order and may require up to 2–3 weeks before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees SALAD ships all international orders on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or carrier handling charges assessed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total at checkout. These charges are collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.

Customers in the European Union should be aware that as of July 1, 2026, all parcels entering the EU are subject to customs duties regardless of order value.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
